After a start in Melbourne‘s thriving music community, the late eighties saw Gary move to Perth, playing in the vibrant pub scene in W.A. Since the early days he has toured overseas and all over Western Australia as one of the founding members of the ever popular country rock band Renegade.

Renegade have experienced great success over all over Western Australia with a fabulous live show culminating in the production of an original album entitled “Take Me Home“ in which Gary was a primary songwriter.

The next step in his 30+ year music musical journey is a solo project covering themes of inner darkness, emptiness, isolation and the hunger and desire to find external fulfilment and “strike gold”.

The album is a sonic mix of brooding and swampy guitar tones, mixed with uplifting vocal hooks and melodies. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Tom Petty Nick Cave and Johnny Cash while maintaining a modern likeness to contemporary country artists like The Sadies, it is a totally unique and gripping emotive listening experience for fans of every generation.
